I have been living in Temecula wine country on a small ranch with vineyards.

We acquired the property in 2000. I have an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding vineyeard properties, homes, ranches and lands. I also own and operate the avocado groves since 1999. Both properties are income producing properties as well as superb estate home sites. I have the first hand knowledge of the avocado properties in De Luz as well as the estate homes in the surrounding areas.

Before we settled down in Temecula, we traveled and searched for properties for 5 years. We searched all over California from Northern California to Central Coast, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, Ojai, and finally we settled for De Luz and Temecula.
